All of our equipment will come to you with a full tank of fuel and it has to come back to us with a full tank of fuel. However if we are delivering it and picking it up from you it might not make sense for you to fill it up with one 5 gallon jug of diesel at a time. So after picking it up we will stop and fuel it up on our way back and we will tack that amount on to your total bill. We do not up charge the fuel, the price at the pump is the price we tack on to your bill.
We don't have hour limits on any of our equipment. Whether your renting it for a day or a week you can run that machine as much as you want during your rental period without having to worry about getting an extra charge for going over on the hour meter.
Scheduling a rental with us is very easy. Once you see the item you want to rent you simply give us a call and one of our friendly and knowledgeable staff members will be able to answer any questions you might have, give you a price for the rental and if you decide you want to we can schedule you into our calendar for you to either come and pick it up or we can deliver the item right to your front door.
If your renting from us and one of our machines breaks down you simply give us a call and we will run out and assess the problem. If the machine breaks due to a mechanical malfunction and not operator error then the repair is on us. You will not be charged anything for the repairs or the rental.
All of our rental equipment is fairly new and very well maintained but in the unlikely scenario that you do have some kind of a break down when your operating it we are available 24/7 to answer any questions you have or to run out and fix what ever problems arise. We constantly strive to have exemplary customer service.
If your looking to rent a piece of equipment to get a job done and have never operated it before we can help. All rentals from us come with training on how to operate the equipment safely and efficiently. We can deliver it to your front door and run you through all the safety features and controls, and how to make the most out of your rental.
